Thread: Prelim needed to take non-paying customers to small claims

My ex has a company and has a number building of companies who arent paying despite having received the services he has offered.
I want to send a prelim and then an lba so as to pursue it through the small claims courts.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a prelim template I could use?

I can't believe no-one knows.
It's because of these non-payers that he is facing losing his business!
And because of them that he incurs charges.
Surely someone must be able to help please?
