I was following a thread about the case but it has now gone.

I have to say I have read UKCPS threads on this and other forums and have not had any inidication of another company or person involvement other than Peter Haswell who seems to be the only person in the office and does everything.
Al27, as you have seen the paperwork and know things about the case please can you tell me the case number and I can call the court to get an update as I want to know if UKCPS have actually goneto a court case and the outcome, but I need the facts to be certain.

What is your interest in UKCPS?

I have 1 or more parking charges and received various letters in line with what others have experienced as documented in this and other forums. I saw a number of other people who had received court papers and then everything goes quiet with no update.
If this company does take people to court then my approach may be different but if they just issue and never turn up or similar then I will carry on the way I have been dealing with it.

There are reports that UKCPS attended at least one CPS court case at the invitation of CPS. Based on that there evidently is a connection of some sort.
