Hi,
I think my Carcraft HP Agreement has been improperly executed. I have not received the final contract from the finance company and they do not know who I am.
Carcraft have not contacted me and I got the car over a month ago. IT states in the contract that the car is only passed over once they have received payment and the contract is properly executed and it becomes the property of the customer.
However, in the point below, it states that in the case of an improperly executed contract (mine?) I will have to return it to them on their demand.
