Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have received a parking notice charge from UKCPS for being parked "out of a marked bay" in a private residents car park. However, there are no markings, only a plaque stating the "bay" number. It was my space which somebody else had half parked in, so I just parked as close as I could to my little plaque.
Do I have a case to appeal? If so should I write to UKCPS or wait until challenged?
