Royal Mail site is saying letter accepted at our local post office but nothing about it being delivered, anyone else come across this with RBS?
Claim gone in and they've written back asking her to do a budget plan !
They owe her ten times what her O/D is. They've also ended her O/D agreement and want it paying back. I will post the letters tomorrow.
