Hi guys
looking for some advice on how to deal with mobile money, there doesnt seem to be much on the forum about these guys, but from what I have read about lbl... very similar in the way they operate.
Basically my problem is that I have a dispute with them, which needed me to ask for a statement of account (I was in arrears on my account, but the figure was miles out from what i thought i owed them) As soon as I asked for the statement of account next day they turned up and tried to take the vehicle. They did not manage and the vehicle is now well hidden. They still refuse to give me a statement of account, untill they have seen the vehicle.
What I need to know is how I can force them to cooperate, and send me a statement.
I have issues with the bill of sale and the cca from the last loan I had with them ( a series of continuation loans) as I know that neither is signed by myself, and also how do I find out about if the bill of sale has been registered with the high court.
Can someone point me in the right direction if I need to send a cca request and Subject access request (i cant seem to find them on this site) to get these jokers to co-operate
I have recieved a default notice.....but not sent a cca yet, I am confused as to which cca i should send after reading some of the posts on this site. should it be under the consumer credit act or under the Civil Procedure rules.
Also where can I find the best template for the job and also a dsar template?
cheers
Be very careful how you deal with mobile money believe me i handed them a car voluntarily they sold it and still refuse to give me a statement of what they sold the car for and who they sold it to. I have contacted the financial Ombudsman who is now dealing with the matter. It seems this is one of the ways to go as they can be forced to a hearing and it costs you nothing. One word of advice write to mobile money or email them with the date prominently displayed as the finacial ombudsman wants to see that you have given the company 8 weeks oportunity to sort your problem out before they will act. Also their license number is 455568 report them them to the o.f.t
