Hi all, wondered if you could help me please.
I am at the very start of claiming my bank charges back and need to get my 6 yrs icon

statements.
I have been in Alliance & Leicester and asked where to send my £10 off and address to send my SAR icon

letter but they basiclly said they have no address and I have to phone them. So I phoned them and they said they will send me a letter first. Arrrrrrrrghhhhhh All I want is address to send it to and who to make the £10 out to.

Address it to A&L, and don't wait for any phone calls icon

. Use the address in the link above and send it off asap.

Remember they have 40 days (calendar) to send you the information, so its always advised to mark the date.
