i got the cca from Halifax and it seems that the loan is unenforceable, do i claim for the PPI refund now or get the credit unenforced first? please help?
If a credit card you need all the statements to total up all the PPI payments if its a loan you will need the agreement to find out how much the policy was
As you have done a CCA request you may be better off doing an S.A.R request this should get you all the data they hold.
You will find an S.A.R template in the sticys at the top of this forum just edit to suit your needs and send it recorded at least with the £10 statutory fee.
