Lloyds loan PPI - help me please!
I am desperately trying to get to grips with the spreadsheets for front-loaded single premium PPI.
I need to get this sorted asap as Lloyds are demanding OH repays over £9500 on his loan immediately and a huge chunk of this is for mis-sold PPI.
Please can someone explain (in idiots terms!) how to use the spreadsheets as I need to get this letter off to Lloyds today. I don't understand why the spreadsheet only has spaces for 11 months PPI then goes onto a 2nd loan?
Also, which Lloyds address do I need for PPI reclaiming?
