Sent CCA request to Calders, Mercers, and Barclaycard on 9th February 2009
...No response!
Sent them request all with 1.00 postal order, all recorded delivery! Calders and Mercers showing delivered, Barclaycard, ironically showing still at PO! May be lost!
So, can I still go ahead with the next letter - i.e. the unenforceable debt one?
FYI, the debt is with mercers; I have an arrangement with Mercers to pay £50 a month on a 4K balance.
but am now getting statement again from BC.
Should I resend the BC by special delivery or just file the next letter?

Thanks
At the moment Barclaysharks appear to either be sending nothing or copies of current t&c's.
Recorded delivery doesnt always show on the website as being delivered, I've had multiple letters show just as being accepted at the post office and yet I've had responses.

Hi Blue eyes.
BC will only reply to your CCA wth a set of their T&C's, so don't waste another fee and Rec'd Del'y on them.
Read Link No2 in my signature below about an alternative mathod of seeing your Credit Agreement. I think this should be sent to BC and not Mercers who are simply BC's pet collection office.
Are there any penalty charges or PPI on this a/c which you can reclaim.

There may be penalty charges but I haven't sarred them yet.
which BC address do I send it to...the one on the statement?
Do I enclose a £1 fee again?
Special delivery or recorded.
Do I send the next letter to Mercers or wait?

You'll get various responses to this I'm afraid I always sent CCA and SAR requests to the address on the back of the statements, others have had letters advising them to re-send to a different place.
