Can anyone tell me if they have used one of these companies who take 10% for helping reclaim missold PPI. I am thinking about using one...I know that I could proceed with this on my own, but was considering going down this route.
DON'T. The fos claim form and complaint process is very simple. Don't waste time with these companies--they will take your money (either in fees or from the settlement). Go directly to the FOS. You don't need an expert to help you. I complained against Egg and Loans.co.uk and won both complaints by dealing direct with the FOS. The companies dealing with PPI misselling are just as bad as the PPI companies!!
Has anyone used a reclaim PPI company?
