Thread: halifax ppi

hi guy's, sorry i am posting this again as i beleive the first one was a bit confusing. my question is what do i ask for first? a cca or the refund of PPI?
do i just ask for the refund or need to request a SAR? i also don't have any info as to exactly when the loan was taken out and how much interest was being charged, what can i do. please help.

I do believe that you need to send a SAR to obtain all informtion regardng any activity you had within this compan as a data sugject, you really need to get the information correct before you ask them for your money back
