Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
i have had a h/fax credit card from june, and have already incurred 2 late charges of £25 each, i phoned up complaining about the first charge because they never sent me a bill.
Since then i have made 3 payments using digital banking, but i made a mistake using my name as a reference for payment instead of my card number, which meant they didnt receive the payment, but heres the thing i hadnt received 1 single bill which would have told me my payments never reached them hence i would have sorted out balance.
After phoning up and complaining about not receiving bills i received all my bills on saturday morning.
Am i entitled to get my money back ??
its not a lot of money but the way i see it, it is mine
