Looking for advice re Aqua and PPI. Using a template from here, I asked to cancel it and refund as I did not ask for it, They wrote back refusing saying they had listened to me activating my card and I said I wanted it. I most certainly did'nt as I have never took out the insurance.
What can I send to them this time or threaten them with?
Send out the same template but with 'letter before action' in the title and claim premiums plus fair use interest ~29% using the simple interest calculator from the bank charges claim section.
Point out they misrepresented the situation as defined in The Misrepresentation Act 1967 and have no acceptable evidence to defend your claim.
