Welcome to the forum,

You need to send them a SAR, you will find it on the ppi forum sticky on the front page of the ppi forum. Amend it to your details and send it with a £10 postal order, send everything to them recorded delivery, you can track and trace this letter on the royal mail website, so you know they received this and start the 40day timelimit.

Once you have all of the info, you work out the money you wish to reclaim on a spreadsheet and write to them asking for it back, stating your reasons for mis-selling
