Sent off the CCA letter to them asking for the credit agreement. They have sent back my postal order and said they can not process my request unless i sign the letter. Yeah right, but what do i do next. Its a credit card agreement. Is this a common response? what happens now with the 12 days they have to provide the signed agreement. Please help
You can add a photocopy of your drivers licence-deface the signature and a very recent utilty bill and they will send it out. Compared with citicard they are a breeze.
