    Talking Help Please!!!

Ok i know i will be told off for not looking through the FAQs hard enough (i must be blind) , but ive been trying to find some help with writing a schedule of charges, and i cant seem to find any sort of guide to this step at all. Im at the stage of writing my preliminary approach for repayment letter, but would just like to know if theres a certain format needed for writing the schedule of charges????

Also, ive been a student for the past 4 years and seem to have been charged a £10 service charge every month - can i claim this back since i have a student account with the RBSicon?

    Any help greatly appreciated!

The service charge should be claimed, unless it was an agreed fee, for a Royalties Gold account for example.

Regarding the schedule of charges, you can print this from the spreadsheet if you wish.

It should look something like this.

    Schedule of Charges

11/07/2006 Card Number: xxxxxxxx - Mr XXXXXX

Date Reason for Charge Amount of Charge

12/01/2005 Charge for late payment of your account £20.00
09/02/2005 Charge for late payment of your account £20.00
09/02/2005 Charge for late payment of your account £10.00
09/02/2005 Charge for late payment of your account £15.00
09/03/2005 Charge for late payment of your account £10.00
09/03/2005 Charge for late payment of your account £15.00

    Total Charges £90.00
