Hello I brought my brand new van May 08 and even after a few days of delivery it brokedown, since then I have had problem after problem, it has been back for repairs around 10 times now and has had to be towed by the AA 5 times, I am self employed and this has cost me so much lost business, I have spoken to the finance company who just say its not their problem, I am now 1 month behind with repayments because of all the lost buisness and all they do is add default charges. can anyone help please, I have just got it back after it brokedown 2 times in two weeks.
It is certainly the dealers and the finance companys problem one for supplying it the other as the owner of the vehicle.
You have not stated the nature of the faults; were they major and have they been fixed.
Do you get a loan van when being repaired?
You could consider rejection but would need to no more.
