    Default mbna & ppi

    Hi there can anyone tell me if it is worthwhille claiming for missold PPIicon against MBNAicon, i have a credit card account with them and the charge for ppi changes all the time, (if you owe more you pay more) i have been with them a long time but only noticed just recently the charges, i cant remember agreeing to this cover or when it started? if i cancel the ppi now can i still persue a claim :?

    Welcome to the ppi forum.

    The answer to you question is yes.

    Sent them a SARicon to get all information relating to your account

    Full SAR for ppi

    Enclose the £10 fee

    Send it recorded delivery and trace and track the delivery on the royal mail website so you know they got it.

    Also when you cancel the ppi, do it in writing and also send this recorded delivery.
