Default Egg Logo on CCA not consistent - is it genuine?

    Hi Guys

I have another thread running here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...gg-card-2.html re Capquest, Eggicon and a Stat Demand.

Everyone has been really helpfull and I am awaiting Capquest's response to my letter sent last week re various items. I have a set asideicon hearing next week.

However one thing no one has commented on is that in the CCA Capquest sent me back - a copy of which is contained in the link above - the first page has TWO Egg logos on it and the second page has ONE Egg logo on it.

Has anyone else encountered this? It would seem at first glance that there has been some copy and pasting done.

    Comments welcome please

    Hi Chuck,

Just read the thread and there are a few points that seem pertinent.

They must show that they are legally entitled to the money-ie deed of assignment. In court they must provide the original document.

If they don`t have it-they`re stuffed.

    Next day in court-

The judge will then look at the legal entitlement of the original debtor to the money-then it`s enforceable CCA etc.

They will be required to produce the original again.

Also, I agree the stuff they sent you looks dubious.

I am not a solicitor and site adminicon is needed here.
