Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
got a car on finance from local dealer in june 08..thought i was paying 3k for a car all is done and dusted next week i get a printout of finance details saying total cost is 5k....... they didnot tell me that the car was going to cost that amount altogether,it was 1st time i bought a car and i feel they have conned me tbh
Can you explain exactly where the extra 2k has come from. Also could you offer more details on the finance. You will always find that a financed car will cost more than the advertised cash price as you have to pay for that finance through interest.
