    Default business v personal account

my business failed and i have a PG they now are asking for, which is more than i can pay. i have not yet looked at claiming back charges, i think there is quite a lot could be claimed here but my personal account is with the same bank! (no one ever said keep your personal account in another bank! )
Q; if i put in a claim on my personal account they may attack me on my business account(PG)
puts me in an odd situation??????????

Get yourself a new personal account pronto and then decide what to do otherwise you may find any personal funds disappearing.

You can pursue the bank for charges on both accounts but you need to rely on the common law arguments for the business account.

as luck would have it, i do have another bank account!
just in case any charges are refunded, i should ask for any refunds to be paid into my new account! or should i just ask for a cheque - (cheque from a bank!!!)

I would ask for a cheque. In this situation it would be better not to give your old bank details of your new bank account.
