Lloyds Accucard / Debt Collection

Hi there, I have an Accucard credit card which was issued by Create Services - part of Lloyds icon

TSB. This type of card no longer exists so the account has become a regular Lloyds TSB card. I can't afford the loan any more but have made them a partial offer, which they have refused.

Can anyone;

a) Give me insider information on their debt collection icon

proceedure

b) Tell me if they are likely to sell the debt

c) Tell me if threats of court action from them are likely to end up in court.

Any info / timescales etc would be appreciated as what I'd like to be able to do is have a meaningful discussion with their DCA about what I can afford and come to some sort of agreement.

I would advise you to speak to the CAB or Payplan for some advise.
