    Default Farmgirl27....Help please.

    Hi everyone i decided on the advice of this website to take my claim to the court so i did the particulars as the template had and now they have come back to me with this evil defence basically saying get stuffed , what do i do now? do i do further particulars and list all the points they have raised , they keep talking about strict proof? ahh
    some help please people thanks

    We will need more information about what they have said in their response - strict proof is something that works both ways so please don't worry too much.

    LTSB Bus Acct £1650 charges w/o against o/s balance - WON

    Halifax Pers Acct £1650 charges taken from benefits - WON

    LTSB Pers Acct - £2K charges, £1K o/d - Rob Way latest DCA

    DCAs

    Lowells/Capital One - no CCA - gone away £1500
    Lowells/MBNA - no CCA - gone away £10K
    Abbey - no CCA - £3.5K
    CL Finance - 3 court claims re GE storecards 2 withdrawn, 1 hanging by a thread

    oh great thanks very much, what happened was i followed the letters on this site and explained that i had been paying for PPIicon which i did not realise i had and at the time they should of known this from my circumstances at work, they have now defended the claim saying that it can not be proved what i was saying ,and that on every charge i must put it to strict proof
    i will get the exact wording the document is at home and then write more thanks.
