I requested my cca on 26th Jan and have today recieved a copy of it. However I dont think they have sent the terms and conditions, just lots of screen prints. Is this good enough? Also I requested for 3 different accounts and they sent 2 in one envelope which means I dont know which is which.
Is this non-compliance? Should I send the default letter?
I think they are just okay, but I am still waiting to either find for myself, or be shown the part of the Act that mentions that they aren`t allowed to give one section more prominence than another ( ie small print) and perhaps by sending a load of screendumps for t&cs that apply to other time periods and not just my own is somehow a deliberate attempt to confuse us simple folk.
I have SAR`d them but they are arguing the toss about signatures now
