Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has had their 'automatic' refund of PPI or interest from liverpool victoria after the FSA fined them?
My friend had 2 lots of PPI between those dates and hasn't heard anything. will write and see but interested to know if any caggers have had letters or refunds without having to chase or ask.
