i have read the agreement but well its all double Dutch to me and i was thinking of writing to them to confirm that as a construction worker my OH is covered Would the be obliged to reply to my request with a yes or no answer
i know it sounds daft but yrs ago when my OH was unemployed for 8 weeks we made a claim against our PPI on our mortgage and bank loan which they at first refused and after a very strong letter from me they did pay up but i don't want to go down that road again
the mortgage ppi is with a different insurance company because i changed it 2 yrs ago when i moved my mortgage i know it sounds paranoid but that 8 wks is the only time my OH been unemployed in his life he doesn't know what a C.V. is never mind possess one (daughter taking care of that) and lets face it his kind of work scarce
