    Default Serving court papers

    What address do you serve the court papers to for the Boyal Bank of Scotlandicon.

    I have sent my 14 day letter they told me to bog off.

    Now I am due to file in Sheriff court Monday need to know do I use my branch address or Head Office address???

    Want to make sure it is served at the right address.

    Also who do you address it to??
