Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Can somebody guide me to the correct listings/threads? Cannot find any similar!
My brother had a car loan with insurance protection and a mortgage with insurance protection.
Now is sick and been laid of work, and doesn’t look like will be fit to work for some time, if ever.
The mortgage protection is paying out, the car protection is not.
The car protection insurance company is saying he knew he had a b tumour before the doctors diagnosed! Because he had Tinnitus previously! I’ve had Tinnitus but don’t feel it needed to have a brain scan, nor did the GP and the specialis. If everybody who got Tinnitus needs a brain scan surly the doctors would scan everybody!
Does anybody know how long mortgage protection would carry on paying the mortgage for? ie 1 year 2 years, full term etc, The amount being paid is not the interest only, but is over the repayment amount. I have not seen details of the cover included, does mortgage protection have to comply with a certain level of cover, or every policy/supplier makes their own levels/rules?
