Need Some advice on where I stand or if I can benifit in anyway by there mistakes.
Purchased a car with yes car credit - finance company is Welcome Finance.
When purchased the car all details on agreement are correct.
We moved House, So the details needed to be amended by there head office, went into the branch to sign new documents, Then when i Got home realised the details are incorrec.
1. Still has my old address and not the new.
2. Agreement states a totaly different car, diffent number plate etc...
Do i have any rights, They are asking for payment, but when saying to them the agreement is wrong and i am not paying for a car i do not own, they say we will get back to you.
Any help anyone ? do i go into there branch and sign new documents and continue to pay or do i have any consumer rights ? because the credit agreement is wrong .
