Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I was banking with ltsb but since charges etc have now left and decided to look to get the charges refunded think they are around £600.00 and also see if my platinum credit card agreement started in 04 is enforcable.
I have started with a letter requesting a Subject access request and all copies of my consumer credit agreements from them. Edited to ask is it £10 for all or £10 for SAR and £1 for CCA ??
I have a bit of knowledge as worked for Barclays, the delightful welcome and HFC/Beneficial finance so will help in anyway I can.
Just wanted to double check if anyone else can think of anything else to request, thought best to get it done in one hit...........
