    Default adeno vs Natwest

So, I was kinda sceptical about all this claiming... until I realised with a little research of these forums, that it's actually very easy!

Basically I had a loan for 5k with PPIicon, I work for an agency, they said it'd be fine, then about 3-4 months ago jobs were drying up, stupidly for the first couple of months I tried to go solo, using some of my savings to pay the installments, instead of claiming on my PPI.

2 months in I tried to claim on my PPI. Apparently my job wasn't covered and I was very specific from the start that I was working for an agency, so I came here, lerked and read.

Sent them a letter, got the standard "we will look into it heres some glossy paper to read" letter.

26 days later I recieved a letter saying they were unable to uphold my concerns but said a goodwill offer will be made, and a letter will come shortly about it. I thought i would be on the final stretch now.

27 days after the previous letter I got the offer, which was a complete refund and recalculation of monthly payments, they'd already cancelled my PPI insurance, all I had to do was sign and return!

They recieved the signed contract on the 8th dec, to this day (mon 9th feb) i still havent got my money. They've reduced my repayments by a bit, but not to what they said in the letter.

How long do I wait. A whole month I thought was fair. What can I do guys?

    Hello and welcome,

Get on to them straight away

Tell them you want the money now or you will be approaching the fosicon

Surprisingly, I got left a voicemail msg by the RBSicon PPIicon Customer Concerns Team today, phoned em back and they're saying that they're now processing signed goodwill contracts recieved in the week of 5th Jan.

Hopefully if there is anyone else stressing out there about when they will get their payments they can guesstimate when from this!
