Thread: Haringey PCN Crouch End Broadway Waiting restrictions

Received a pcn when I pulled over to drop somebody off/look for parking spot 9.23 on a Saturday evening, I don't know the area very well these days, I live in Somerset, and there were no obvious signs of any restriction, although have not been back to check, seems completely insane penalty for just pulling over; anybody out there got any helpful info on contesting this- thank you

A bit more info may mean help is slightly more likely, was it a cctv pcn for example?

Thanks for your reply, yes it was cctv, mobile possibly, as "observed by camera operator no..."

Even on DYL, there is an exemption for alighting - even if there is also a loading restriction.

Only if it were a red route or clearway, signed as no stopping, would it be an offence to allow passengers to alight.
