    how do i get this started to claim back my charges my current limit with them is £300 but some how my outstanding balance has shot up to £566 whats going on?

    Hi Whipsey,

    If you don't have your statements going back 6 yearsicon, send off for them with a SARicon.

    If you have all the state's, list them on a site spreadsheet to make your SOC.

    When you're ready, send the SOC to BC with this Prelim Letter - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...RD-letter.html

    As regards why your balance has shot up, this will be explained on your recent statements.

    Did you get anywhere when you looked into this back in 2006.

    You'll do better this time. Bc are repaying quite quickly on simple claims and you won't need to go to court.
