    Default First Time I've Posted

Hi, I've been told about this forum by a friend on mumsnet.com and I'm hopefully looking for some advice on how best to claim back the many, many, many charges I've been forced to pay by various banks.

I've got to admit to not being very knowledgable in this field, so I hope some of you might be able to point me in the right direction with advice on letters etc. Thanks!!

    Hello and Welcome

    Start here.

    Then go here.

    Then here.

    Keep reading and asking questions.

It is important to stick to the step by step instructions and use the template letters in the library. You are taking on wealthy institutions with tens of thousands of staff and a virtually unlimited legal budget. However, do not be put off, the processes outlined here work and if you follow them and ask questions when you get stuck you will soon be helping others yourself!
