Thread: abbey problem advice please

hi guys
ive just come back from my hols to find 2 letters from Abbey. basically i sent off my letter and cheque for £10 to get info on both of my current accounts. they have treated them as separate issues, sending one letter on one day and one the next, but slightly different letters.the first i think is the standard microfiche letter, the second saying i will only recieve the transactions held on their system.
should they treat the 2 accounts as 1 issue, and do i need to send the microfiche reply letter regarding this. are the 40 days still in effect from the previous letter.
your help and knowledge is really appreciated ladies and gents.

YES they should treat the two accounts as one issue.
you already sent the microfiche letters?or are those received ones ? You only need send one, remind them deadlines and the request was for all info about you inc both accounts,
40 days start from date they received your first letter and payment.
