Default The latest Parking Eye customer

Hello everyone. This is my first time for doing this sort of thing, so please be gentle.

I am in receipt of a pcnicon from Parking Eye which states they have photographic 'evidence' that the vehicle of which I am the registered keeper '...remained at the store for longer than permitted.' The store in question is Booth's in Clitheroe, the alleged overstay being 36 minutes and 12 seconds.

I have read a number of threads relating to this company and have come up with two courses of action:
    1. Write to Parking Eye asking for disclosure of the 'photographic evidence' and/or,
    2. Write to the CEO of the supermarket threatening to withdraw my custom. They surely have some responsibility.
Either way, I am more likely to eat sprouts than give these muggers a single penny of my hard earned

    1 Do not contact them
    2 Do not pay anything
3 They will issue several threats and eventually go away.

Booths in Clitheroe? I never knew they'd got these [problem]sters spying on there.

Do not contact Parking Eye, but do complain to Booths.

I also thought about contacting the local Chamber of Commerce as other Clitheroe businesses would be effected by my not visiting their town.

Give it go, but you may be wasting your time. They'll point out you could park in the market car park across the road

You're best off harassing Booths. It's a huge car park anyway, there's another car park at the back for staff anyway, and people have always parked there and gone into town. When I lived nearby I used to leave my car on Booths overnight and collect it the next day with no problems.
