We sent lba by recorded delivery to ensure delivery. I even asked the lady at PO if you can send RD to a PO box number which she said yes as ling as it has a post code. That was 13/7/06 and it still not been delivered. Do i have to resend it and wait another 14 days to begin court action (because im sure it will go to that) or take it from the dat i originally sent it?
