    Question First reply received...

    Hi all, just received my first reply from A&L in response to my request for repayment of charges letter. They say the OFT are referring to late payment charges for credit cards and that they haven't entered into discussions with the banking industry.

    I assume this is a standard reply from them... Do I send another request letter or go with the letter before actionicon?

    iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.
