Being just made redundant I thought I would make a
claims on my insurance I have on my cards and loan.
The forms for the loan and one of the cards has arrived and been sent off, but the forms for the other one as not arrived yet despite making another 2 calls to them. It’s all very well for them to say they will put another claim form in the post, I’ve got another payment to make in a week’s time which I could have done without.
Has anyone else had any problem with making a claim to Egg?
