Yours is Eggicon's template first response, trying their luck to bamboozle the uninitiated.

There are 103 proven success threads listed in V-E Day thread located in the top section of Sticky Threads. In there is a winning template letter dated January 2008 to refute Egg's first letter. Egg will give in when they receive the latest variant of this winninig letter letter which by now they know by heart.

    Good luck.

Thanks for your reply.....they said that the oft have said Eggicon responded to them by lowering the charge from £20 to £16 and that this is now fair....i thought it was more like £1.50 not £16

Did you on 9th Feb not post the following on another thread? Why are there two stories?

Egg have repaid 100 charges reclaimants putting up minimal resistance. Apart from declaring a 7-day deadline what else did you say? The Egg response you quoted above has never been seen before. It appears a big Egg manager has been riled by you enough to make a stand regardless of money.

If the bigshot means what he has so angrily written you have two choices: accept £4 repayment per charge or sue Egg in Small Claims Court. Lets hope you have not triggered a hardline response which subsequent claimants have to live with.

I did get that wrong i meant my BOSicon card and all i did was send the letter that you told me about so if i have "triggered" a hardline response its down to that letter
