    Default PPI paid 12 months can I still claim back fee?

    My son had a £4000 loan and took out PPIicon for an extra £800. He was unemployed but had a small hobby business that he pretended was a real job he also had a temporary job and signed the agreement forms anyway.

    When he lost his temporary job, he claimed on the PPI and they made 12 months payments.

    Can he make a PPI claim having had a full years payments met? The agreement was in 2001 for three years. The application form did spell out the various charges and intererst.

    under what grounds are you hoping the PPIicon was missold?
    if you were successful, i would expect he would have whatever payment were made deducted from the settlement though..
