Or does the English legal system treat the companies as being separate?
I had problems sending rec del to the po box address for Lloyds - it was never delivered. I have read on other threads that court stuff should go to the registered office.
Thanks for that – This is more of a technical query regarding county court claims paperwork – If an agreement is between me and ltsb card services who would I make the claim against them or LTSB registered office – and similarly if LTSB card services made a claim against me should it be in their name or in the name of the registered office.
