Hi,I hope I'm posting in the right area, I really need some advice. I'll be as brief as possible. Basically I took out a loan with Natwestin 2000 and took on the PPI. All was going well until I had a Bike accident in 2002, I made a claim which was fine until in 2003 my health deteriorated to such an extent that I was told that I couldn't live at home without care and support. I remember nothing until late last year when It became obvious that the PPI had not covered the loan I assume because the PPI didn't get my sick notes etc. I can claim but Natwest closed the account and they won't pay into my account because of the way their PPI works. However Natwest have escalated my loan to debt collectors
who claim that the outstanding amount is £17000 from a £21000 debt. I paid at least £10000 and PPI claim they have paid £13000 so why do I owe £17000? Natwest refuse to give me any help, they refuse my request to re-open the account for the purposes of PPI but again refuse. Now they claim I owe them £4000 on a credit card that I didn't know I had! again, they will not give me any details about this what do I do? Please Help!!!!
