Default What should I do next? Lloyds and CC

    Hi,
I sent off my SARicon in the middle of December and received back a few statements and a summary of charges (dates/amounts/reason). The next thing to do seems to be to send off a letter asking for the charges to be repaid. However, I have a few questions:
    1) I seem to remember that you need statements rather than a summary? Or will a summary do the job when it comes to court time?
    2) Do you claim for all charges? I mean, right up until today? Or is it just the ones over £12 ... or the difference between the higher amount and £12 (ie £35 - £12)
    3) Do I need a CCA from Lloydsicon ... is there some use in that which I don't know about ... a link to a FAQ would be great!

I've read lots of the forums, but I'm having trouble with these simple questions.

    Thanks,
    mmmarble

    summary should do ok.

    2) Do you claim for all charges? I mean, right up until today? Or is it just the ones over £12 ... or the difference between the higher amount and £12 (ie £35 - £12)
the full charge, the £12 is only a guideline figure.

    3) Do I need a CCA from Lloydsicon ... is there some use in that which I don't know about ... a link to a FAQ would be great!

no you dont need a CCa if you are not contesting the agreement exists.
    as for the rest
there is an FAQ on the home page

    good luck

but remember if these are bank A/C rather than CC there is a general stay on all cases at present.

oh and if it IS Credit Card Charges, dont forget to add the stat 8% to the total.
