    Default parking fines

    This is my first post on here so pls bear with me
    I have 4 un-paid council parking fines 2 for me 2 for the missus, she works part time im now out of work in the current climate. These fines totaled £120.00, i emailed them to ask if i could pay in instalments to which they replied NO.the whole ammount was required,if i sent part payment they wouldnt accept it these fines are now £105.00 each and i really dont know what to do i cant win they say they are going court to take possesion of what little we do have.
    pls help if you can

    I assume they're not from the same time?

    You pay each pcnicon individually, so if you can work out when they have to be paid, you might still be able to spread the cost ie. they may work out at £60 for month 1 and £60 for month 2?

    Can the missus not contributeicon as well?

    these figures were from the last corespondance on 15 november, yes the missus will help no problems as they are hers as well but they wont accept a part payment, why i dont know.is there anyone to write to, i want to pay im not trying to get out of it,its just little and often.

    The amount of £95 doesn't look right for a pcnicon. Even at charge certificate stage - were the penalty become 150% of the original means that the PCN must have originally been £63.33.

    Can you post up any of the paperwork please (obviously washed of all personal details)

    the change from 30 pounds each to 105 pounds each does seems strange. please respond to pat's post by posting the suitably washed pictures.

    sorry been visiting parents.
    yes the fines were £30 then £45 Then £95 then £105 i couldnt afford the £30 let alone £45 now i have received a bailiffsicon letter to the ammount of £107.88
    i have emailed them and they said money or they will get access.i have wanted to pay these of in instalments all along but they wouldnt entertain it from the start.can i get the bailiffsicon suspended and apply for part paymets ??? once they come for this one there will be another three. my car is on hp can they impound and sell it??
