I was having some problems with SKY concerning money they took from our account without permission, their customers services were giving me the runaround, giving me missleading info and telling me outright lies. This went on for 2 weeks, and I actually ended up swearing at one of their operators. Which is unheard of for me.
Within 24hr of emailing Mr Darroch the refund was processed, and we're just waiting on a suitable offer of compensation.
