very odd indeed this question, I too didn`t sign it but got my CCA back no questions asked. Course it isn`t enforceable but that`s their look out.

I think you`re probably right-but it`s not as bad a day as he will get if when it comes back it`s unenforceable.

Well, default day was today and nothing arrived in the post. I'll be posting off an 'account in dispute' letter to them tomorrow then.
