Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We have just discovered this website - what a fantastic resource of information, I don't know why I have bothered with the CAB and payplan this is far more helpful!!!
I have a sainsburys credit card which was given to us when we took out a joint personal loan with them. They wasted no time at all in taking us to court when we fell behind with a few months payments, now we have a ccj.
Is it too late to ask them for a refund of all our late payment charges etc and i have also noticed we paid every month for a credit care plan which we never asked for and wrote to them at least twice to cancel it and they did nothing about it?
Never too late to claim it back get a letter of to sainsburys asap if you need further help with this post away and i or someone else will be about to help you.

Oh glad you like the site by the way it is awesome so much so the government should be sponsoring it as you say way better than the CAB
Have sent a Subject access request off to Moorcroft today, so will wait and see how long it takes them to send info. I was missing a few statements so need all info to see how much charges they owe me, already reached over £500 in charges an insurance!!!!
