Ok, received my statements this morning, with a very nice covering letter giving the microfiche crap and they can't go back further than may 04. However it doesn't effect me because I only started the account in aug 05
Will tot up the charges and will let you know.
Said nothing about the £10 SAR fee, the chequw hasn't cashed yet - maybe they'll apply it to my credit card!

Just about to send my lba, but on the letter, it says:
plus a claim under ss.7 and 13 of the Data Protection Act 1998
is this for if they dont give me the statements, as they did send them should i omit this bit?

Refunded the difference between £20 charges and the new £12 - comes to £40 which has been applied against my account, will send lba for the outstanding £60

For information, the name on the latest letter was carol jones again at the manchester office (PO Box 599)
Do you reckon I should send a letter confirming receipt of the settlement or just leave it?

They have now reduced my credit limit to £260 from £400.
Has anyone else had this response?
Is there anything I can do about it, is it worth it?
