Ok, received my statements this morning, with a very nice covering letter giving the microfiche crap and they can't go back further than may 04. However it doesn't effect me because I only started the account in aug 05

Will tot up the charges and will let you know.

Said nothing about the £10 SARicon fee, the chequw hasn't cashed yet - maybe they'll apply it to my credit card!

For reference, the name and address:

    Sue Lomas
    Customer Relations Manager
    Barclaycard
    PO Box 599
    Manchester
    M60 3NF

I will use this address from now on and directly write to her

    Cheers
    Chris

Hi all, got the remaining £60 credited this morning - great news!

For information, the name on the latest letter was carol jones again at the manchester office (PO Box 599)

Do you reckon I should send a letter confirming receipt of the settlement or just leave it?

    Cheers

They have now reduced my credit limit to £260 from £400.

Has anyone else had this response?

Is there anything I can do about it, is it worth it?

    Cheers

    Hiya Chris, great news indeed!
Don't know what you can do about the credit limit, though.

Chris - when you got the original cheque for £40, was there a letter enclosed or just a compliment slip ?

Hi, only just found that question, sorry! Both amounts were applied automatically to my account. I had a balance which they just reduced by each amount
